Workshop Outline:

Our personal Story & Science (45 min):  I am sharing my journey from burnout to brilliance, combining personal insights with the neuroscience of burnout and resilience, and mapping the participant's story through writing therapy.

Nervous System Reset Techniques (1,5 hr):  Our life has three pillars: a practical nervous system framework, neuroscience-backed breathing, and moving practices for immediate stress relief.
